You can cancel your Novea Hosting membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unwatched content. 

Refunds will not be given for downtime, we do however consider adding extensions to your subscription for downtime if we feel the time lost is sufficient enough.

If you wish to cancel your service please do so at least a few days before your next renewal date.

A VPN maybe needed at certain times depending where you are in the world. There is no guarantee the service will work without one and we recommend using one for privacy.

Trials are strickly one per customer and using different accounts to request multiple trials will be rejected leading to a ban from ordering on the site.

Ordering errors

Your order is an offer to buy from us. As a provider of caching services, storage and removal of cached content by Novea Hosting’s services occurs automatically based on the actions of our subscribers.

Reports of a violation of the AUP described in Section Acceptable Use Policy by our subscribers’ content that are directed to Novea Hosting should:

DCMA - Digital Millenium Copyright Act

Novea Hosting complies with laws applicable to it and its services.

Novea Hosting operates as an intermediary to cache and deliver content hosted by others at the instruction of our subscribers. We cannot remove content hosted by others. As an intermediary, we are entitled to rely upon (among other things) the DMCA safe harbor available to system caching service providers and we maintain policies and procedures to terminate subscribers that would be considered repeat infringers under the DMCA.  See 17 U.S.C. 512(b) available at http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap5.html#512. 

You may submit a DMCA notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) for additional information):

Novea Hosting performance under an order is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and Novea Hosting  have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. Novea Hosting will use its reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under an order may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Waiver

If Novea Hosting fails at any time to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under an order or any of these terms and conditions, or if Novea Hosting fails to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which Novea Hosting is entitled under these terms and conditions, this will not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and will not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by Novea Hosting of any default will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by Novea Hosting of any of these terms and conditions will be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
